Avril is a Project Manager at ERINN Innovation with over 10 years’ experience delivering large-scale environmental and community-focused initiatives. She has worked on more than 10 EU-funded projects, leading work packages on communication, dissemination, stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer and exploitation to maximise project impact.
An experienced freshwater scientist, Avril supports the full Horizon Europe project lifecycle, from proposal development to implementation and exploitation. She holds an MSc in Applied Environmental Science and has previously worked in conservation project management and the protection of inland waters. Her expertise spans freshwater ecosystems, stakeholder engagement and helping research and innovation achieve lasting impact.
