Keegan is a Senior Knowledge Transfer and Impact Officer with ERINN Innovation. He has over seven years’ experience in developing, tailoring and administering the proven ERINN knowledge transfer methodology for National and EU projects and has delivered training and guidance documents on the inclusion of knowledge transfer principles to several funding agencies. He has led communication and exploitation work packages for projects across different sectors including aquaculture, blue economy adaptation planning, ocean observation and desalination. He has a B.S. in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University, an MSc in Environmental Policy from University College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Fisheries and Aquaculture Business from South East Technical University.
