Marieke Reuver is co-founder and Executive Director of ERINN Innovation, with over 20 years of experience in European education, research and innovation projects. She holds an MSc in Animal Sciences (Dutch engineering title Ir.) from Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
Marieke provides strategic leadership across funding acquisition, project delivery and business development, with particular expertise in large-scale EU-funded programmes, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, FP7, FP6, Erasmus, Interreg, JPI Oceans and the Lifelong Learning Programme. Her strengths span proposal development, project management, science communication, dissemination, knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.
Passionate about the blue economy, climate action, environmental sustainability and the broader sustainability transition, she is dedicated to helping organisations translate research and innovation into meaningful impact for policy, industry and society.
Pamela is a Project Manager at ERINN Innovation, supporting organisations to develop competitive proposals for Horizon Europe and the EU LIFE Programme.
With over 15 years of experience in international project management and training, she has a background in philosophy, political science and international peace studies, and is a qualified project manager. She enjoys helping researchers and innovators navigate EU funding programmes, delivering practical training and facilitating collaborative proposal development.
Her areas of expertise include proposal development, stakeholder engagement, project management, training, and the Social Sciences and Humanities, with a particular interest in making complex funding processes clear and accessible.
Casey is a Senior Project Officer at ERINN Innovation and a specialist in environmental education. In her role, she conducts science communication and knowledge transfer for various EU-funded projects and supports ERINN Innovation’s proposal support and training services.
Casey has a broad background within the areas of conservation education and community outreach, with experience at zoological institutions, non-profit organisations, and universities. She holds a BSc in Fish and Wildlife Conservation, an MSc Certificate in Environmental Policy and Management, and an MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation.
Casey’s interest lies at the intersection between society, policy, and science, with a particular passion for facilitating effective co-creation and sustainable stakeholder engagement, especially within the context of biodiversity conservation and climate resilience projects.
Eva is a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead at ERINN Innovation, with expertise in research impact, knowledge transfer, and innovation management. She has built her career around helping research and innovation move beyond publications to create meaningful change in policy, practice, and society.
Her experience spans the design and delivery of major national and European initiatives, including the establishment of the CAP Network Ireland Innovation Hub, research uptake and impact services for the EPA Research Programme, and communications leadership for the LIFE IP Peatlands and People project. In the last ten years Eva has supported hundreds of researchers, innovators, policymakers, and stakeholders through knowledge exchange activities, impact development processes, proposal design, and collaborative innovation programmes.
With a background in Environmental Science and Ecosystem Science and Policy, Eva is particularly passionate about sustainable food systems, nature restoration, and knowledge brokerage.
Cliona Ni Cheallachain is Operations Manager at ERINN Innovation, with over 15 years of experience in project management, funding procurement, knowledge transfer and research impact. She has managed and delivered numerous European and nationally funded projects and has extensive expertise in financial reporting, monitoring and compliance across a range of funding programmes.
Cliona plays a leading role in advancing ERINN Innovation’s knowledge transfer methodologies through both funded projects and commercial contracts, helping organisations maximise the impact and uptake of research and innovation.
She has significant experience in Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020 proposal development, has led work packages within European projects, and regularly facilitates stakeholder engagement, co-creation and knowledge exchange activities across multiple sectors.
