Tara is the Learning and Development Manager at ERINN Innovation, leading professional development and organisational capability initiatives across the business. Her role spans learning and development planning, support and delivery, as well as organisational structuring, strategic planning processes, internal process optimisation, and people-focused HR activities.
With over 20 years’ experience in education, training, and organisational development, Tara has worked across research, innovation, and professional services environments. Her background combines learning design, stakeholder engagement, research management, and continuous improvement to support both individual and organisational growth.
Tara’s areas of interest include organisational effectiveness, capability development, change and process improvement, knowledge transfer, science communication, and supporting participation in European research and innovation programmes, including Horizon Europe and LIFE.
