Eva is a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead at ERINN Innovation, with expertise in research impact, knowledge transfer, and innovation management. She has built her career around helping research and innovation move beyond publications to create meaningful change in policy, practice, and society. Her experience spans the design and delivery of major national and European initiatives, including the establishment of the CAP Network Ireland Innovation Hub, research uptake and impact services for the EPA Research Programme, and communications leadership for the LIFE IP Peatlands and People project. In the last ten years Eva has supported hundreds of researchers, innovators, policymakers, and stakeholders through knowledge exchange activities, impact development processes, proposal design, and collaborative innovation programmes. With a background in Environmental Science and Ecosystem Science and Policy, Eva is particularly passionate about sustainable food systems, nature restoration, and knowledge brokerage.
