Mathilde is a Senior Project Officer at ERINN Innovation, where she leads work across the biodiversity‑focused Horizon Europe projects portfolio. She currently oversees communication, dissemination, knowledge transfer and international collaboration in projects spanning aquatic biodiversity (MARCO‑BOLO), forest biodiversity (SafeNet), climate change adaptation (Trees4Adapt), and renewable energy (SUSTEPS). She also represents the company on the Biodiversa+ Enlarged Stakeholder Board, contributing to Europe‑wide discussions on biodiversity within the Relations with the Public college.
Holding a PhD in Zoology and Evolutionary Biology, along with an MSc in Ethology, she has developed a deep understanding of biodiversity loss and its implications. Her academic background has equipped her to engage diverse audiences and communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accessibly. Her earlier experience in academic publishing has also strengthened her commitment to making scientific knowledge widely accessible through Open Access initiatives.
