Shane is a Senior Project Manager at ERINN Innovation, and the Founder and Director of Peatland Finance Ireland. Shane recently won the prestigious Horizon 2020 Green Deal call grant to coordinate the WaterLANDS project, is a Climate Fellow of University College Dublin, and Lecturer in Sustainability and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
With a PhD from Trinity College Dublin which focused on human-wildlife conflict, Shane has enjoyed a varied career in the conservation world, spanning extensive field experience, social investigation, conservation finance and focused lab experience.
