Maura has worked in multiple roles in academia, Government departments and in Áras an Uachtaráin. With a passion for researching engaging and insightful content to create a more climate resilient and sustainable society, Maura works on science communication and knowledge transfer components on national projects. Her interests lie in the communication and application of research to inform and influence climate-related policy. Maura is a published author and has an academic background in languages, culture and government policy. She holds a B.A. Language and Cultural Studies and M.A. (Research) on Government Policy in relation to the Irish language.
